Mr. Meleth holds a Bachelor's degree in Rubber Technology, showcasing his foundational knowledge in the field. His pursuit of academic excellence continued as he earned a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, broadening his understanding of the intricate processes involved in the rubber industry. To complement his technical prowess, he also holds an MBA, attesting to his well-rounded skill set and strategic acumen.
