The Team is led by Mr Jose Paul Meleth, who is the Founder and Managing Director of the company. He has a Bachelor's degree in Polymer Science & Rubber Technology, an MBA, and a Masters in Chemical Engineering. and an MBA.
He has authored a Book "AN INTRODUCTION TO LATEX GLOVES - Types, manufacture, properties and Quality Control ", has published several Technical papers on Rubber Technology, and has a patent for the manufacture of Polymer coated Powder free gloves.
